The ICOC will conduct a closed session to consider two pieces of litigation filed on 2/23/05 and 2/24/05, respectively: People’s Advocate vs. Independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee, CA Supreme Court, No. S131655, and Californians for Public Accountability and Ethical Science vs. California Institute for Regenerative Medicine, CA Supreme Court, No. S131677.

This closed session is necessary, as preliminary opposition must be filed within ten days of each original filing date.
