Public Comment Instructions
Written comment may be sent to the following email address: lmoralez@cirm.ca.gov. Please note that letters received less than 48 hours before the meeting may not be distributed until after the meeting.
Members of the public attending the meeting at a teleconference location will be provided the opportunity for public comment at each location with the same limitations as those imposed on any other member of the public.
Members of the public who are listening to the meeting via teleconference and wish to make oral comment will have the opportunity to do so by doing the following:
