15th Annual Rachmiel Levine Diabetes and Obesity Symposium

Under this reporting period, the 15th Annual Rachmiel Levine Diabetes Symposium provided forum for scientific and medical communities to gather and engage in international dialogue on stem cell research, as well as help foster collaborations in the field. The program provided a balanced prospective on stem cell and islet research in diabetes, with sessions dedicated to beta cell regeneration, beta cell replication; reprogramming of islet cells to beta cells; and diabetic cell stress.
