    [Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]

  3. Consideration of CIRM budget for fiscal year 2009-2010 and funding sources to cover budget requirements.
    •Proposed Interagency and External Contract Budget Allocation for 2009-2010
  4. Staff update on loan program delegated underwriter RFP responses.
  5. Update on agency financing including discussion of first half of fiscal year 2010-2011.
  6. Public Comment.
  7. Adjournment.
