Informational presentation by leadership and study group members of the California Council on Science and Technology (CCST) leadership on its Interim Report entitled “Policy Framework for Intellectual Property Derived from Stem Cell Research in California”, prepared at the behest of the California state legislature as per ACRs 252 and 24.

  4. Informational presentation on translation of technology in the creation of medical therapies (speaker TBD).
  5. Consideration of process for development of interim CIRM intellectual property framework.
  6. Public Comment

    [Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during this agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]
