  5. Consideration of all proposed amendments to the Policy for Contracting and Services of Independent Consultants
  6. Consideration of amendments to the 2006-07 CIRM Administrative Operating Budget
       a. Slide presentation on 2006/07 CIRM Budget
  7. Consideration of proposed amendments to the Policy and Regulations Governing Travel for CIRM staff and Working Group members
  8. Consideration of Governance Subcommittee Mission Statement and Standing Orders including delegation of authority for future CIRM travel policies
  9. Consideration of administrative support for patient advocate members of the ICOC
  10. Adjournment
