OPEN SESSION

  1. Call to Order.
  2. Roll Call.
  3. Welcome and Introductions.
  4. Public comment by potential applicants. (Appearance request required; see info below.) Presenters are asked to limit their presentation to 5 minutes.
  5. Consideration of draft criteria and review procedures for large facilities RFA 07-03.
  6. Public Comment. Members of the public will be invited to provide testimony. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.
  7. Adjournment.
