4. Consideration of minutes from the following ICOC meetings:
a. April 10, 2007
b. May 2, 2007
c. June 4-5, 2007.
5. Consideration of regulation 100120: Medical and Ethical Standards, Record Keeping Regulation.
6. Amendments to the CIRM Conflict of Interest Code. Approval will allow staff to initiate the regulatory amendment process with the OAL and the Fair Political Practices Commission, our code reviewing body.

Reports from Acting President & Interim Chief Scientific Officer.
ACTION ITEMS
Consideration of update from IP Task Force and proposal to modify the payback requirement for products licensed by for-profit entities.
Report from and possible consideration of study of proposal from the California State University system.
Consideration of Standards Working Group items from 7/27/07 meeting including:
a. Use of cell lines derived under Japanese Guidelines for Derivation and Utilization of Human Embryonic
tem Cells;
b. Limitations on payment for cells; and
c. Requirements for use of somatic cells and human tissue
Consideration of appointment of new scientific members of the Grants Review Working Group.
Discussion of Personnel (Government Code section 11126, subdivision (a); Health & Safety Code section 125290.30(d) (3) (D)).
OPEN SESSION
Public report of any action taken, if necessary, during closed session.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
Public comment. The Committee will accept public testimony on any matter under its jurisdiction that is not on the agenda, but the Committee cannot act on any such matter at this meeting.
