  3. Consideration of revisions to Interim Procedures and Criteria for Conducting Review of Shared Space Laboratories Applications (now titled “Shared Research Laboratory and Techniques Course” Applications).
  4. Consideration of Governance Subcommittee Standing Orders.
  5. Review and consideration of the 2005-06 Annual Financial Audit.
  6. Consideration of Policy and Regulations for Travel for ICOC members.
  7. Consideration of report from Presidential Search Subcommittee.

         b. Discussion of Personnel (Government Code section 11126, subdivision (a); Health & Safety Code section
             125290.30(d)(3)(D))

  1. Public report of any action taken, if necessary, during closed session.
  2. Presentation and review of conflicts of interest laws.
  3. Public comment. The Committee will accept public testimony on any matter under its jurisdiction that is not on the agenda, but the Committee cannot act on any such matter at this meeting.
