[Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]
3. Continued discussion of and consideration of changes to Extraordinary Petition and Grant Administration Appeals processes.
a. Extraordinary Petition Process Option A / Posting Applications
b. Extraordinary Petition Process Option B / Additional Analysis
c.Extraordinary Petition Process Option C / Limited Investigation
4. Discussion of proposal for programmatic scoring of grant applications by Patient Advocate members of Grants Working Group for inclusion in discussions and decisions regarding applications.
5. Consideration of process for approving use of unused disease team research award grant round funds for research that goes beyond the scope of the original RFAs.
a.BACKGROUND: Expansion of Disease Team I Activities (Presented by staff to Board at August 18-19 ICOC Meeting)
6. Discussion of Pre-Application Process, including but not limited to the process generally and scientific feedback to applicants who are not successful in the process.
