[Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]

3. Update from staff on proposal regarding policy for use of unused Disease Research Team Award funds for Clinical Trials—item slated for consideration at August ICOC meeting.

4. Update on proposal commissioning IOM report on CIRM—item slated for consideration at August ICOC meeting.

5. Discussion of and consideration of changes to Extraordinary Petition and Grant Administration Appeals processes.

6. Public comment.

7. Adjournment
