  2. Roll Call.
  3. Welcome and Introductions.
  4. Consideration of updated procedures for the evaluation and recommendation of grant applications.
  5. President’s Report:
    1. Update on Strategic Plan
    2. Update on Facilities RFA
    3. Update on Grants Administration Policy
    4. Update on Training Grants
  6. Public comment

    Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.

 

CLOSED SESSION

Sakura A : November 28th (10:30 AM to 8:30 PM)
Sakura A : November 29th (8:30 AM to 8:30 PM)
Sakura A : November 30th (8:30 PM to 6:30 PM)

  1. Review of SEED Grant Applications submitted in response to RFA 06-01.

    Meetings of the Grants Review Working Group will be held in a public session format except for the review of individual grant applications which will be conducted in closed session.

  2. Adjournment.
