iPSCs: A Decade of Progress and Beyond (Keystone Symposia)

CIRM is sponsoring Keystone Symposia’s 2018 stem cell conference on “iPSCs: A Decade of Progress and Beyond” to be held March 25-29, 2018 at the Resort at Squaw Creek in Olympic Valley, California, USA.

The four-day conference is organized by Drs. Shinya Yamanaka of Gladstone Institute of Cardiovascular Disease and the Center for iPS Cell Research and Application at Kyoto University and Haruhisa Inoue of the Center for iPS Cell Research and Application, as well as by Dr. Yanhong Shi of the Beckman Research Institute of the City of Hope. It will examine the progress that has been made in the field since Dr. Yamanaka made his Nobel Prize-winning discoveries; the current state of the art using iPSCs for disease modeling, drug discovery, organ regeneration, and cell and gene therapy; and the challenges and controversies still to be overcome.

Keystone Symposia on Cellular and Molecular Biology is a 46-year-old organization based in Silverthorne, Colorado, USA that convenes open, peer-reviewed conferences across a broad range of the life sciences.
