About the Facilities Working Group

The 11-member Scientific and Medical Research Facilities Working Group makes recommendations to the 29-member Independent Citizens' Oversight Committee that governs the Proposition 71-funded California Institute for Regenerative Medicine on interim and final criteria, requirements and standards for applications for, and the awarding of, grants and loans for buildings, building leases, and capital equipment. The Working Group will also make recommendations to the ICOC on oversight procedures to ensure grantees' compliance with the terms of an award.
