(Under the procedures adopted by the working group, public comment will also be requested during consideration of specific applications under agenda items 6 and 8 with the same time limit applicable.)

5. Consideration of recommendations for proposed amendments to Facilities Grants Administration Policy.
6. Technical Review of Major Facilities Research Grant Applications Part 2, submitted in response to of RFA-07-03.
