  5. Consideration of candidate(s) to serve as Chairperson and Possible Vice-Chairperson for the Scientific and Medical Research Facilities Working Group
  6. Consideration of developing Case Study Models for facilities grants and process for reviewing facilities grant proposals
  7. Adjournment
