    [Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]

  3. Consideration of proposals from qualified professional executive search firms responding to RFP.
  4. Consideration of selection process as stated in the RFP and of time table for hiring of a President.

Closed Session

  1. Personnel: (Government Code section 11126, subdivision (a); Health & Safety Code section 125290.30(d)(3)(D).)(Search for President of the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine)

Open Session

  1. Public report of any action taken, if necessary, during closed session.
  2. General consideration of responsibilities of the President and the ICOC, and guidelines and goals for the search process.
  3. Adjournment
