    [Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]

  3. Consideration of federal legislation, including but not limited to HR 3 and S. 5.
  4. Consideration of policy position on effect of OMB Circular A-21, and other related OMB sections.
  5. Consideration of state legislation, including but not limited to AB 34, AB 40.
  6. Adjournment.
