    [Members of the public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item discussed in open session. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]

  3. Consideration of membership requirements for the Scientific and Medical Research Facilities Working Group. (Job description)
  4. Consideration of process for selecting Scientific and Medical Research Facilities -Working Group members. (Real estate selecting criteria)
  5. Consideration of cost effectiveness for facilities grants including discussion of prototype development, renovation of existing facilities and specialized facilities.
  6. Adjournment.
