    [Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]

  3. Consideration of CIRM 2008-2009 Budget.
  4. Informational presentation on, and discussion of, portfolio policies for CIRM Loan Program, including but not limited to retaining consultants.
  5. Public Comment.
  6. Adjournment.
