Applying for CIRM Grants

All of CIRM's research funds are given out through direct requests for applications (RFAs). Applications are reviewed by 15 members of the Scientific and Medical Research Funding Working Group (Grants Working Group), who score the grants and provide funding recommendations. Based on those recommendations and programmatic priorities, the Governing Board votes on which grants to fund.
