46 letters of intent

CIRM accepted 46 letters of intent for RFA 09-03 Stem Cell Transplantation Immunology. Of these, two were from for-profit organizations, three included German collaborators and three included Australian collaborators.

The Stem Cell Transplantation Immunology RFA is to fund transformative research leading to the development of immune tolerance of pluripotent stem cell derivatives and potential correction of autoimmunity. Last date to receive full application for this RFA is January 26, 2009. Applications will be reviewed by the grants working group in April, 2010. The ICOC governing board is expected to review and approve funding in June 2010.
